Willie Mae Richmond

Mrs. Willie Mae Foust Richmond 84, of 915 Tucker Street, Burlington, NC 27215 transitioned on March 5, 2022 at Cone Health Alamance Regional Hospital. Willie Mae was born to Hobart Foust and Margaret Frances Tarpley Foust on February 26, 1938.

She was married to the late Donald Richmond. One of her greatest joys was cooking for her family and rooting for UNC Chapel Hill's basketball team. Willie Mae was of the Jehovah's Witness faith.

She is survived by her son, Tracy Dion Richmond; step daughter, Pattie Currie; daughters, Cheryl Foust Holman (Gregory), Donna Richmond, Teresa Richmond Riley (Mack), Michelle Richmond Cheek (Earl), Andrea Richmond Corbett (Michael); brother, James Edward Foust (Irene); sister, Shirley Torain; seven grandchildren; fourteen great grand children; three great great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Richmond; her parents Hobart and Margaret Foust; sisters, Sarah Mebane and Hattie Foust.
