Ms. Willa Coggins (Evans) was the daughter of the late Margie Shafe and Frederick Shafe, born in Wilmington NC. She departed this life on April 6, 2019 at her home.
She worked for many years at West Point Stevens as a seamstress. She is preceded in death by her brother, Philip R. Coggins and companion, Clemon Evans Sr..
She is survived by step children Clemon Evans Jr,, Clemontine Evans, Deborah E. Boone (William) and Michelle Evans, 6 step grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
