Vanessa Cay (Crisp) McDougald "Tootsie"

Vanessa Cay Crisp McDougald was born in Bronx, New York to Lacy Crisp and Annie Sue Farrish Crisp.  She was a Data Administrator with GTE/Verizon.  She was a loving mother and devoted grandmother.  She loved working in the yard and planting flowers.  She could be found watching a good basketball game and bowling was a favorite past time.  When she wasn't visiting family and friends, she could be found playing cards and listening to music.  

She loved the Lord and trusted Him in all things.  In her youth, she attended Lee's Chapel Baptist Church and she attended Mt. Olive African Methodist Episcopal Church.  She loved ushering and singing in the choir.  

Cherishing her memory are her two devoted and loving sons: Lacy Lamont McDougald and Brandon Maurice McDougald; three grandchildren: Justin McDougald, Malaya McDougald and Makai McDougald, her sister, Patricia Crisp Magette in addition to several nieces & nephews other relatives and dear friends and her former husband and forever friend: Dickie McDougald.  

In addition to her parents she now joins her sisters: Helene Anderson and Shirley Ragsdalle.
