Sallye Cornelia (Lovelace) Morrow

Sallye Cornelia Lovelace Morrow was born November 15, 1926 to Henry Lovelace and Maude Morrow Lovelace.  She was a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University and received her Master’s Degree from North Carolina Central University in Library Science.  She was an educator and librarian for the Alamance Burlington School System.  She was a devoted member of First Baptist Missionary Church Graham, NC serving as Trustee, Missionary and Usher.  She was also a member of the Alamance Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. 

She leaves loving and lasting memories to her husband of 67 years: Clinton D. Morrow; four grandchildren: Alonna Lea, Samantha Alexander, Kristin Lea and Clinton Morrow and four great-grandchildren: Grace Alexander, Adelyn Logan, Darrell Braithwaite and Deon Braithwaite.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Desiree Kay Morrow and two brothers: Henry Lovelace, Jr. and Armstead Lovelace.
