Marilyn Marie Miles

     Marilyn Marie Miles was born April 20, 1955. She was the daughter of the late David Frank and Nellie Richmond Miles. She gave her life to Christ at an early age and was baptized at Union Chapel United Church of Christ. She attended Union Chapel until her health began to decline. She was a graduate of Walter Williams High School of Burlington North Carolina. She also graduated from Bennett college Greensboro North Carolina with a degree in early childhood development. She later went on to receive her certified nursing assistance license from Alamance Community College. She retired retired from The Rosemont Home of Ralph Scott last year. 
     Marilyn better known as Tootsie enjoyed being around family and friends. She loved putting a smile on their faces whether it was a joke or singing happy birthday to her family. She loved her nieces and nephews and every month she would text them to say hello. 
     To cherish her memories are her special friend Gerald McKinney of Graham, North Carolina; she leaves to mourn: one brother Glenn David Miles and his wife Janice; three sisters: Mollie Graves and her husband Irvin and Mary Ann Miles all of Greensboro, North Carolina and Madeline Faucette and her husband David of Burlington, North Carolina; an uncle: Mr. Shirley Miles of Burlington, North Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
