Maggie Newman Obituary

Maggie was born to John Lewis Graves and Minnie Alice Yellock Graves. She was the owner and operator of the Dudley St., Café. She was married Mr. Bobby Lindburg Newman. She was a member of Warren’s Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. 
      Survivors include a son Michael Lindburg Newman, four daughters Karen Newman Smith, Dr. Beverly Newman Willis (Timothy), Michelle Newman Richmond (Rodney), Sandra Newman Snipes (Sanford); 12 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; two brothers: J.W. Graves (Helen) and James Lewis Graves (Frances).
      In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by a brother Walter R. Graves and sister Hassie Graves Malone.
