Obituary
Ms. Louise Daye Burgess 97, of Burlington, NC transitioned on Monday July 3, 2023 at Peak Resources in Graham, NC. Louise was born to Annie Daye on January 10, 1926 in Alamance County.
She lived in Flashing, NY for over 50 years before moving back to Alamance, County. She loved spending time with her family and friends.
Louise leaves to cherish her memories her brother Willie Daye (Terrie); grandchildren Gloria Mitchell (Norris), Truie White along with a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Annie Daye; son Robert "Pete" Junior Daye; brothers, June Daye, Charlie William Daye, William Daye, Robert "Butch" Daye; sister, Peggy Daye and one grandson, Keith Blackwell.
