Mr. John Willie Reaves Jr. age 68 of 813 Richmond Ave transitioned on June 11, 2020 at Cone Health ARMC.

John was the oldest son of Mr. John Willie Reaves Sr. and Mrs. Viola Maynard Reaves. He was a graduate of Jordan Sellars High School class of 1970 and a member of Ebenezer UCC.

The life and legacy of John W. Reaves Jr. will be forever cherished by his wife, Daisy Cates Reaves, children, John W. Reaves III (Sonnia), Michael Bernard Reaves (Alicia), Lisa Hamilton (Quentin), Sharonda Reaves and Tameka Reaves; brothers, Terry Reaves (Jamie) and Michael “Doc” Reaves (Charita); 10 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. John was preceded in death by both of his parents.
