James Edward Rogers

Mr. James Edward Rogers age 59 of 666 Lakeside Ave Burlington transitioned on September 13, 2020 at Hospice of Alamance-Caswell.

Mr. Rogers is the son of Ms. Ophelia Patrick Totten and the late Mr. Eugene Rogers.

James was a member of Maple Grove Missionary Baptist Church, he farmed most of his life and enjoyed the simple things of life, fishing and listening to music.

He is survived by two daughters, Anitra A. Owens and Phyllis Owens (Ralph Dubois); three brothers, Leonard Eugene Rogers, Earl David Rogers and Eddie Rogers; four sisters, Evangelist Brenda Graves, Marile Rogers, Pam Wheeler and Lucille Rogers; 8 grandchildren, Shannon Owens, Tunisia Owens, Destiny Dearman, Katina Dearman, Erica Owns, Myrica Warren, Jeremiah Johnson and Alliah Owens; 8 great grandchildren; one very special aunt, Loraine Isley and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
