Fannie Mae McBroom

Mrs. Fannie Mae Archer McBroom was born in Amelia County, Virginia to John Archer and Nettie Patterson Archer on February 15, 1931.  She quietly departed this life on March 1, 2021 while she was being cared for by the staff of White Oak Manor of Burlington. She was a Nursing Assistant whose career spanned from New York to Burlington, North Carolina.  She was married to Addie McBroom.  Fannie was a member of Green Level Christian Church for a number of years until her passing.  

She leaves loving and lasting memories to her children: Rev. Michael D. Jenkins, Barbara Williams, Shirley Lee Booker, Moinetta Sybil Archer, Jennifer Daniels (Mark), Sylvia Jenkins, Iola Hinton (James), and Frances Jenkins; two sisters: Dora Epps and Mary Jeter as well as a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.   

The family is grateful for the years of care and concern provided towards their loved one by the physicians and staff of White Oak Manor of Burlington and Piedmont Health Senior Care.
