Daisy Miles Bradshaw Willis, was born to John Miles and Elnora King Miles in Alamance County. "Mama Daisy" transitioned from life to life eternal on August 27, 2018. She, as long as her health allowed, was a devoted and dedicated member of Miles Chapel Baptist Church. In years past she served as an Usher, and thoroughly enjoyed serving with the Missionary Circle. She was well known for her delicious sweet potato pies. "Mama Daisy" worked in housekeeping, as a nanny and eventually retired from Camack Mills.
She was not one who would mince her words. You knew were you stood with her at all times. She often times wouldn't say much, but would just sit and nod her head. She dearly loved her grandchildren, so much so that she would redress them to please her taste.
She is survived by her sons: John Bradshaw, Jr. and Charlie Thomas Bradshaw; two grandchildren: Brian P. Bradshaw (special care taker)and Shawn C. Bradshaw (Emily); two great-grandchildren: Corey Bradshaw and Katie Bradshaw; two sisters: Corrine M. White and Annie M. Enoch (Reverend Rainey); a nephew who was like a brother: June Miles; as well as many nieces, nephews other relatives and dear friends.
She now joins her parents; husband: Robert Willis, Sr. and siblings: Rufus Miles, Dallas Miles, Ager Miles, Harvey Miles, Babe Miles, Mamie Kimber, Georgia Browning, Rosa Haith and Margie Williamson.
