Charlie Brown "Cat" Obituary
Mr. Charlie Edward “Cat” Brown age 78 transitioned on March 29, 2020 at the Brian Center. “Cat” was the son of the late Mr. Clifton Brown Sr. and the late Mrs. Mary Bell Sellars Brown.
He was a member of Graves Chapel Baptist Church. “Cat” enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching baseball games. Before his declining health he worked for the City of Burlington.
“Cat” was preceded in death by his parents and four siblings, Elijah Brown, Lucille B. Watlington, Sylvia Brown and Margie B. Rollins.
His life and legacy will be cherished by his brother, Cliff “Puddin” Brown Jr.; four sisters, Annie Mae Brown Gunn, Gloria Jean B. Stadler, Catherine B. Stadler and Ruth Brown.
