Cecil was the daughter of Herbert Lee Jacobs and Lillie Mae Currie Jacobs born on September 22, 1934 in Orange County, North Carolina. She was a graduate of Pleasant Grove Union High School with the class of 1952. She was an employee of May Apparel Company (Peaches and Cream) as well as employment with Mrs. George Sharpe and Mrs. Allen Beck. She was the| wife of John William Fuller. Cecil was a dedicated a member of Allen's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and sang for over 50 years with the Senior Choir. She was a member of the Independent Order of St. Luke of Burlington, NC. She enjoyed preparing meals and being a great hostess to her family and friends. She was an avid seamstress as well.
She leaves loving memories to her loving children: Carlton Fuller and Julene C. Fuller; god-children: Rev. Claude Walker, Jr. and his daughter: LaToya; sisters-in-law:s Louise Y. Currie and Corrina M. Fuller as well as a host of nieces and nephews, devoted cousins and loving friends.
In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded by all her siblings: Robert Currie, George L. Jacobs and Lillie Belle Jacobs.
