Brandi Shanae Miles

Brandi Shanae Miles was born in Onslow County on January 27, 1988 and left this world on January 9, 2022 at her home in Burlington NC.

Brandi was the daughter of Rodney Miles and Sharon Torain Watlington.  She attended Hugh M. Cummings High School and NC State University. She was currently employed by UNC Healthcare.   

Her life and legacy will be forever cherished by her parents, her son, Brayden Cole Miles and her daughter, Brielle Amon Dixon.  Her significant-other, William “Will” D’erick Dixon; her brothers: Nicholas “Nick” Williams, Rev. Kendal McBroom, Konnor Miles, Daniel Miles, Aeden Miles; sisters: Bianca Miles, Taylor Miles.  Uncles:  Shelton Miles (Toni), Billy Torain Jr. Aunts: Kim Miles (Chris) and Kim Torain.  A host of close cousins: Kirstie Miles, Trey Miles, Christian Miles, Kennedy Miles, Kavari Graves, K.J. Graves and Jaleel Torain.  She also will be missed by her grandmothers: Grandma Carolyn Miles and Grandma Yvonne Torain along with a host of other family and friends. 

 She is preceded in death by her grandfathers: Rev. Charlie S. Miles, Billy Torain; step grandmother: Brenda Torain.  

Brandi enjoyed spending time with her children. Watching Bray play sports especially basketball.  Watching Bri do TikTok videos/dances and watching Chicago PD with her. She enjoyed family cookouts and parties especially line dancing and karaoke
