Barbara Ann Crisp Fearrington, transitioned on September 28, 2023, at the Authora Care Hospice Home in Burlington, NC. Barbara was born on April 25, 1944, in Alamance County, NC to Mr. Samuel W. Walker and Mrs. Relissie Crisp Richmond.
Barbara was married to the late Mr. Kelep “K.C” Fearrington and together they shared many wonderful years of marriage, praising God and showing the Love of Jesus in their everyday walk. Barbara loved children and her love for them allowed her to be generous enough to be a foster parent for many years. She even became a licensed Day Care owner providing care for many other children in the community. When Barbara could find time for other things she enjoyed, you would find her watching “Law and Order”, taking many pictures of family members and friends, running a store to supply treats to the kids and of course her love for cats was easy to see whenever you would visit her.
Her life and now legacy will be forever cherished by her daughter, Angela C. Richmond; her son, Sandell Fearrington; grandson, Miracle Worth Richmond; step-children: Annette Fearrington; Billy Fearrington (Tiffany), Jimmie Evans (Teresa) and Robert Fearrington; 8 step- grandchildren; 13 Step great-grandchildren; sisters, Rita Lynch, Veronica Pinnix, Frances Graves, Dorothy Walker and Cora Crisp; her closest friend and sister-in-law, Margaret Fearrington; a host of in-laws, other family members and many dear friends.
