In the early hours of Monday, August 22, 2022 while she was being cared for by her devoted husband, God dispatched His angels of mercy and grace to carry Anita Louise Rogers Swann to eternal rest. Born, July 6 1950 to James Rogers and Jean Virginia Watlington Rogers in Alamance County, North Carolina, Louise as she was known, was a graduate of Central High School, Graham, North Carolina with the Class of 1968. She was married to the love of her life, Lacy Edward Swann on November 28, 1971 and this union of love produced, their pride and joy, Michael. She was an Inspector with Burlington Industries. Upon her retirement, she did so with perfect attendance which is a testament to her devotion and dedication.
Spiritually, Louise was member of First Baptist Missionary Church in Graham, North Carolina. She was a devoted Usher and member of the Choir. In her times of leisure, she loved a good conversation over the telephone, watching Michael play sports in his youth and later following the sporting events of her loving grandchildren and most of all she dearly loved her family. She was loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister who would go to any lengths to help all that she could. She will be missed by all who loved and cherished her presence.

Swann; their son: Michael Swann and his wife Nadia; her adoring grandchildren: Dominic Swann, Noah Swann and Noelle Swann; six siblings: Janet Currie, Anna Warren, Thurman Rogers (Mary), Moses Rogers, John Rogers (Shirley) and Daniel Rogers as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
