Mr. William Davis White “Bunny” 67 transitioned on October 21, 2017 while a patient at Cone Health-Alamance Regional Medical Center after several weeks of critical illness.

He was born the son of William Andrew White, deceased and Thelma Corrine Miles White.  He was a 1968 graduate of Central High School. He excelled in all sports he was involved in.  He played basketball, ran track and had a special love for the game of baseball.  Later in life, he became the manager of “Outlaws” Softball team for many years. Bunny was employed for many years and retired from Glen Raven Mills. 

Survivors include his mother Corrine White; sons: William D. White, Jr. (Tina), Emmanuell O. White; 2 grandchildren: Tevin Andrew White and Christopher Rashad White; a sister: Judy Ann White Shaw; 3 nieces Tonia Hudson, Sonia Blanks and Kimberly Edwards; 2 great-nephews: Roberson, Elijah and a great-niece: Samara; three aunts: Daisy Willis, Annie Enoch (Rev. Rainey) and Gloria Jean White-James; an uncle: Octavis White (Carolyn) and many dear cousins relatives and dear friends.
