Robert Hassell Terrell

Robert H. Terrell departed this life June 2, 2019. He was born October 16, 1937, in Orange County.  Robert was the last born child to John Henry Terrell, Sr. and Ina Jacobs Terrell.

Robert Terrell achieved excellence in his life.  Robert was a hard working husband, and father.  Robert was in the work force industry for 50 years. During his job tenure, he worked at several organizations. Rob started working on a farm in Cedar Grove at an early age, his first public job was KingsDown factory, and he worked there several years, following GKN, Craftique, Burlington Industries, and Walmart all the while working a part-time job along with the full time job. Rob was also a master gardener, loved fishing, building and watching old western movies.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife of 46years Audrey McDougald Terrell.

Left here to cherish his memories are children: Rickey R. Terrell (care giver) of the home, Mebane, Hassell and Debbie Terrell, Reidsville, Lisa and Samuel Bowden, Graham and Grand Daughter, Alicia Bowden, Winston Salem. Extended grandchildren Crystal Woods, Dwayne Earl and Antwann Lee Watlington. Nieces, Patricia A. Terrell, Debra Warren Taylor and Great Nephew Robert Leon Terrell.

Robert was preceded in death by his brothers, John H. Terrell, Jr. Calvin Terrell, and Sisters Mary S. Terrell, Hazel E. Terrell, Emma T. Warren, and Bessie L. Terrell.
