The Reverend Ronald Coleman Kimber, II, made his transition from life to eternity on Sunday, morning August 12, 2018 at his residence. He was the son of the late Fredrick Douglas Kimber and Lillian Wiley Kimber Carr, who survives and was the husband of Yvette Ferguson Kimber.
He was veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served during the Gulf War. Not only was he a solider, fighting for freedom, he was a solider for the Lord fighting for the liberty of others needing salvation. While he ministered for over 20 years, serving the bulk at Morning Star Baptist Church, the past 2 years he served as pastor of Rocky River Missionary Baptist Church.
He leaves loving and lasting memories to his devoted wife: Yvette F. Kimber; his mother: Lillian Wiley Kimber Carr (Robert); 5 children: Chenise Kimber, Raven Kimber Chavis (Hakeem), Amanda Reid, Brandon Spinks and Brittney Spinks; 3 grandchildren: Riley Kimber, Ehsani Gourrier and Islah Gourrier; 5 siblings: Victor Kimber, Fred Kimber, Dominque Kimber, Trina Francis (Ronald) and Peggy Kimber as well as many dear loving relatives and friends.
