Mr. McGee “GW” Wilson, 77 of 204 Aarons Way transitioned on August 28, 2017 at Cone Health-Alamance Regional Medical Center.   

     He was the son of the late George Frank Wilson and Minnie Howard Wilson and was a 1959 graduate of Jordan-Sellars High School.  He retired from Lucent Technologies with over 30 years of service. 

     He was preceded in death by siblings: Joe Wilson, Howard E. Wilson, James Allen Wilson, George Finley Wilson, Richard Eugene Wilson, Vernice W. Enoch, Doris W. Tinnin and Kathleen Enoch.

     Survivors include his son: Michael Wilson; two siblings: Earl H. Wilson (Ruth) and Maxine Anderson (Joe); his companion Eleanor Brown; sister-in-law Yvonne P. Wilson and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
