Miss. Margret Elizabeth “Peggy” Wright 83 of 1208 Westmoreland Dr. transitioned on August 20, 2017 at Alamance Health Care Center.

She was the daughter of John William Wright and Bettie Eunise Walker Wright both deceased and was preceded in death by a daughter Bettie Renell Wright and siblings: Henry Wright, David Wright and Bertha B. Skinner.

Survivors include: her children: Charles B. Wright, John F. Wright and Cynthia Wright Faucette (Damond); 6 grandchildren: Daija Faucette, Destiny Wright, Diamond Faucette, Faith Wright, Ashlyn Dennis and Demiya Faucette and two brothers: Joe Wright and Roosevelt Wright.

She was a graduate of Jordan Sellars High School  and a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University receiving her degree in Teaching.  She taught at Jordan-Sellars High School and was a member of Visitor's Chapel Christian Church.
