Deacon Louis Haith, Sr. age 91 of 1734 NC Hwy 62N transitioned on April 5, 2018 while being cared for at Cone Health ARMC.
Deacon Haith was the son of the late Mr. Eason Haith and Mrs. Nina Ireland Haith.
He was a United States Army Veteran, a retiree of AT&T(Lucent Technologies) and a faithful member of Ebenezer UCC.
Deacon Haith is survived by his beautiful wife, Mary Sellars Haith of the home, three children, Yolanda H. Bailey, Louis Haith Jr. and Beverly H. Poole (Frankie); 3 grandchildren, Jonathan Bailey, Cameron Poole (Jennifer) and Tyson Poole and 3 great grandchildren, Reice Bailey, Adrian Poole and Kaleighya Poole.
The home going services for Deacon Haith will begin on Tuesday April 10, 2018 at Ebenezer UCC.  The family will receive visitors from 11:30 to 12 noon and the service will start at 12 Noon.  The body of Deacon Haith can be viewed at Sharpe Funeral Home, on Monday April 9, 2018 from 1 to 9pm.
The internment will be at RestHaven Cemetery Rauhut St. Burlington.
