Leonard Davis

Mr. Leonard Davis age 88 of 3232 Hiddenwood Lane Burlington, NC, transitioned on January 6th, 2020, at Peak Resources of Graham. 

Mr. Davis was the son of Mr. Jasper Davis and Ms. Jessie Tyson both now deceased.  Mr. Davis was blessed to find two loves of his life, the late Mrs.

Betty Jean Alston Davis and the late Mrs. Annie Bertha Smith Davis.

Leonard was a retired professional driver with Pilot Freight Lines and a member of Elon First Baptist Church.  Mr. Davis loved to fish and talk on the phone

he had a lot to say and did not want to waste anytime saying it.

The life and now legacy of Mr. Leonard Davis will always be remembered by his children, Darrell Davis (Sandra) of Tampa Florida, Darlene "Gail" Davis Crawford (Rembert) of Greensboro, Dwight Davis (Doris) of Elon, NC, Derrick Dwayne Davis of Greensboro, NC, Kimberlee Davis of Burlington, NC, Dexter Smith (Marilyn) of Greensboro, NC, Terry Smith (Julie) of Milton, PA, William Smith of Greensboro, NC; 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; three brothers, Jasper Davis Jr., Brian Davis and Jerome Davis along with a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by to sons; Donald Davis and Jesse Davis.
