Mr. Lawrence Edward Johnson, 74, of 816 Chandler Ave. transitioned on December 10, 2017 at Liberty Commons Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.

He was born the son of Norman Hazel and Mary Johnson Corbett.

Survivors include two children: Derek Hinton and Shaneka Hinton and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Rodney Lee Jones.
