James Leon Snipes

James Leon Snipes, son of the late James Lewis Snipes and Lessie Virginia Paylor Snipes transitioned on August 9, 2018 at the Duke University Medical Center.  

He attended Great Commission  and the "Promise Keepers Bible Study".  He loved movies wether they were on DVD or even if he went to the movie theater.  He could really detail cars and make them really shine.  He was truly a family man who loved spending time with his children, especially his grandchildren. 

He leaves in God's care: his children: Jameson Snipes and Shawontae Snipes; 4 grandchildren: Jamari Snipes, Jocelyn Malcolm, Jadedyss Burnette and Christian Snipes; two sisters: Cassandra P. Snipes and Michele Snipes Fowler as well as many other dear relatives and loving friends.
