James Earl Snipes

     James Earl Snipes of Mebane NC passed in peace on Saturday August 10 2019 surrounded by family . 
     Ray of sunshine humble loving son, husband, father,friend, this defines James Earl Snipes born July 24th 1939 to the late Roosevelt and Callie Snipes.  James was a kind soul with a wonderful spirit as well as sense of humor. Often encouraging others with is favorite mantra " Life is a big bundle of joy ". And his famous "Ahhh beep beep". 
     James met and married the love of his life Betty Joyce Bishop in 1972 and completed that union and circle of life rearing 6 children, Beverly, Star, Lablessing, Reggie, Teddie (deceased 1986) Reginald and Butter. 
     James worked as a carpenter /laborer in the state of North Carolina and NewYork for 37 years. James retired in 2010 and cared for his loving wife and mother before thier journey to glory.  James led by example living the life of a true and faithful servant. He will fondly be remembered as a gentle soul with a huge spirit and kind heart.  James was given the gift of life and shared it with all who knew him especially his children whom he taught to "do what is right and what is good ". 
      James leave to joyfully celebrate his new life with the lord his children Beverly ,Star ,Lablessing, Reginald and Butter; Grandchildren  Teddie Bishop, Messiah Melchoir ,Abby Skeeter, Channing Snipes, Madison and Mason Bishop , his beloved  aunt  Bessie, along with a host of nieces , nephews in North Carolina, and Alabama and many other relatives and friends.
