He is survived by his wife: Gail F. Parker; four children: Nicole Parker Perry (Jonathan), Freddie E. Parker, Jr., Joseph M. Parker and Ashley Parker 5 grandchildren: Ariyana Parker, Noah Perry, Joshua Perry, Justin Perry and Elan Parker; three siblings: Zelma P. Hayes, Addie Parker and Joseph R. Parker (Nellie).
