Dennis Michael ("Cool") Walker

Mr. Dennis Michael "Cool" Walker of 1007 Shaw St. transitioned on June 26, 2019 at the Hospice Home of Alamance-Caswell.  

"Cool" was born to Lorena Flintall Woods and Charlie Hurdle, both deceased.

He was raised by his maternal grandparents, Amanda Nash Flintall and Jim Flintall, now deceased.

To know Dennis Michael Walker would be to understand how Dennis became "Cool".

"Cool" was a brick mason by trade and enjoyed his job as well as his coworkers.

"Cool" is survived by his siblings, Clara Thomas, Willie Walker, Charlie Walker, Ricky Walker (Teresa) and in addition to his birth sibling's, Michael also had the opportunity to be 

raised with two other sibling's Rev. Tammy Stanzil (Willie) and the late Sherry Harvey.  He is also survived by one aunt; Catherine Hurdle and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and 

friends.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, Melvin Walker.

The family will receive visitors at the home of his niece, Tameka Harvey at 733 Grover Lane Burlington, NC
