Carl David Lea

Mr. Carl David Lea age 69, of 154 Gunn Poole Rd. transitioned on August 31, 2018 at his home.

Carl Lea was the son of the late Mr. Coy Sherman Lea and the late Mrs. Helen Poole Lea.  

Carl Lea retired from Lucent Technologies and the Alamance Burlington School System.  He was a faithful member of Beulah Baptist Church, a devoted member of Allen's Lodge # 676 and a 1968 graduate of Caswell County High School.

Carl Lea is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Nannie Love Lea; two sons, Kim Lea (Erica) and Dwayne Lea (Caroline) 8: g; one sister, Fannie Ann Lea Stephens (James); and 8 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by siblings, George Wallace Lea, Coy S. Lea Jr., Jerry C. Lea and Elsie “Poochie” Jeanette Lea Murray.
