Barry Venturi Wilson

Barry was a graduate of Walter Williams High School, He served his country honorable as a US Marine.  Barry worked as a Correction Officer here in North Carolina and in Georgia.  Barry was currently employed with C J Medical Transportation.  He loved to fish, especially when it came to teaching his sister.  He joined New Covenant Holy Church at a young age.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his father, Eddie Hubert Wilson, two sons; Venturi Wilson and Emory Wilson (LaShaunda); one sister Coretta R. Wilson, one brother, Dexter Tinnin; two grandchildren, Xavion Wilson and Emma Grace Wilson; one niece, Payge Tinnin and nephew, Victavious Wilson; aunts, Carolyn Willis, Mabel Morse, Jensie McConico (Paul) and Catherine Scott (Ezzell).

One year ago he was preceded in death by his mother, Mertis Cheeley Wilson.
