Mrs. Shirley Watlington Turner Thompson 78, transitioned on October 7, 2016 at the Hospice Home of Alamance-Caswell.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2016 at 1:00pm at Sharpe Funeral Home, Inc. with the family greeting relatives an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the services in Blackwell Baptist Church Cemetery.  Public viewing will be held on Wednesday from 1-9 pm at the funeral home. The family will meet at 704 New Jersey, St.
