Mr. Raymond Wendell Thompson, Jr. “Junior”, 49 transitioned at Sampson Regional Medical Center on April 10, 2017.  He was the son of the late Mr. Raymond Wendell Thompson, Sr. and Mrs. Doris Poteat Bowes, survives. 

He is survived by his mother Doris P. Bowes (Dewayne); three siblings: Anthony J. Bowes (Shayla), Betty Thompson-Kearse (Terry) and Jeannette Thompson.
