Pastor Shrley Temple Poole Pinnix was born to the late William "Buddy" Wright and the late Lucinda Poole Cousin. She was married to the late James Edward Pinnix and was retired from Burlington Industries after 36 years of services.  She was the Assistant Pastor of New Life Faith Outreach Church.  

She leaves memories to her 6 children: Gerald Wayne Vaughn, Minister Darrius Lee Vaughn (Joan), Vanessa G. Cummings (George), Robin Ann Pinnix, Melisa G. Williamson and Donna Faye Price (Ronnie); 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 6 siblings: William Poole (Barbara), Bobby Cousin, Donald Cousin (Minister Joanne), Marcia Lou Poole, Virginia Moore (Douglas) and Zandrel Bradsher. 

She was preceded in death by 4 siblings: Billy Poole, Eddie York "EY" Poole, Curley Cousin and Essie Lee Johnson
