Lucy Carol "Kitty" (Jones) Haggan

Lucy Carol Jones Haggan, 70 of 109 Craig St. Apt. D. transitioned on February 8, 2018 at her residence.

She attended Jordan Sellars High School and later attended Job Corps in Ohio.  Later in she ventured to New Jersey and began a career with the United Stated Postal Service.  She was an active Jehovah’s Witness.  She met and married Willie Haggan and a daughter was born to this union.

She was born the daughter of Johnnie Wallace and Mary Jones Wright Clapp, both deceased.

She is survived by her caregiver: Willie James Haggan; daughter: Stephanie Haggan; granddaughter: Lakaiyah Haggan; and siblings: Ricky “O.V.” Wright (Michelle), William Wright (Carolyn), Ronnie Clapp, Dorothy Bolden, Elaine Wright and Deloise Clapp.

She was preceded in death by a son: Darryl Jones and siblings: Thomas Wright, Kenneth Clapp, Lillie Mae Mack and Gloria Clapp.
