Mr. Eddy L. Parker son of Tracey Renee Parker Foust and Boyd Edward Cummings transitioned on September 6, 2017.  

He is survived by his mother Tracey and step-father: Barry Foust; father Boyd E. Cummings; 6 children: E'marion Parker, Jaedyn Parker, Prayveon Parker, Aniya Parker, A'loyalyti Parker and Autumn Parker; two sisters: Ashley Parker and Sharda Herbin; and maternal grandmother: Elsie "Toppie" Enoch and many nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
